Ongoing Technology Support —
So You Can Focus on Your Business
A system that launches well and then gets neglected degrades the same way anything unmaintained does — slowly, then all at once, usually at the worst possible moment. Technology needs maintenance, optimisation, and continuous improvement long after go-live, and most businesses don't have the in-house bandwidth to do that properly alongside everything else they're running. Our support services keep your systems secure, performant, and aligned with your evolving business needs — with predictable costs and responsive SLAs, not open-ended hourly billing and unclear response times. Whether you need a dedicated product development team, UI/UX design work, rigorous QA before a release, infrastructure management, or straightforward ongoing maintenance, we provide it as a continuous service rather than a one-off project that ends the moment something ships. We provide ongoing support for systems we've built and systems built by other teams, for organizations including DLF, KPMG, EY, Deloitte, Hitachi, and Honda.

Product Development Services — From Concept to Launch

Some engagements need a full product team, not a one-time build-and-hand-off. We provide product development support spanning the full lifecycle — from early concept validation through launch and the iteration that follows — for businesses that need a consistent team carrying a product forward rather than re-briefing a new vendor at every stage.

What we deliver:

  • End-to-end product development from concept through launch
  • Iterative development aligned with evolving product requirements
  • Dedicated product teams for businesses without in-house engineering capacity
  • Continued feature development post-launch, not a hard stop at go-live

Best for:

Startups and businesses building a product incrementally who need a consistent team rather than a series of disconnected project engagements.

UI/UX Design Services — Research, Wireframing, Prototyping & Design Systems

Good interfaces aren't guessed at — they're built on actual user research and tested through prototypes before a single line of production code gets written. Our UI/UX process starts with understanding how people actually use the product, not with a visual style someone liked in a mood board.

What we deliver:

  • User research and usability testing
  • Wireframing and interactive prototyping
  • Design system development for visual and interaction consistency at scale
  • UI design for web and mobile applications, handed off implementation-ready

Best for:

Products in early design phase, businesses redesigning an existing product with usability problems, teams needing a design system to keep a growing product visually consistent.

03

QA & Testing Services — Manual, Automated, Performance & Security Testing

Bugs found by your customers cost more than bugs found before release — in support tickets, in trust, and often in revenue. We run structured QA across manual testing, automated test suites, performance testing under real load conditions, and security testing, rather than relying on informal spot-checks before a release.

What we deliver:

  • Manual QA testing for functional and edge-case coverage
  • Automated test suite development for regression coverage on every release
  • Performance testing under realistic load conditions
  • Security testing to catch vulnerabilities before they reach production

Best for:

Teams shipping regularly who need reliable release quality, businesses that have been burned by production bugs that should have been caught pre-release.

04

IT Infrastructure Services — Cloud, Networking & Server Management

Infrastructure that isn't actively managed tends to drift — unpatched servers, misconfigured networking, cloud costs that creep upward with nobody watching. We manage cloud infrastructure, networking, and server administration as an ongoing service, keeping systems secure and cost-efficient rather than configured once and left alone.

What we deliver:

  • Cloud infrastructure management (AWS, VPS environments)
  • Network configuration and security management
  • Server administration, patching, and monitoring
  • Cost optimization for cloud and infrastructure spend

Best for:

Businesses without a dedicated in-house infrastructure team, organizations wanting proactive infrastructure management instead of reactive firefighting.

Software Maintenance & Support — Bug Fixes, Updates & Feature Enhancements

Every production system needs continued attention: bugs that surface under real usage, dependency updates, security patches, and the small feature enhancements that keep a product competitive. We provide this as a predictable, ongoing service with defined SLAs — so you know what response time to expect and what it costs, not an open-ended arrangement with no accountability.

What we deliver:

  • Bug fixes and issue resolution with defined SLA response times
  • Regular dependency and security updates
  • Incremental feature enhancements based on evolving business needs
  • Predictable, transparent support costs — not unpredictable hourly billing

Best for:

Any business running a production system (built by us or another team) that needs reliable, ongoing technical support without hiring a full in-house team.

Support Services FAQs

Yes — we provide maintenance and support for existing systems built by other teams, not only projects we delivered ourselves. We start with a technical assessment to understand the existing codebase before taking on ongoing support.

We offer three tiers of support (Essential, Business, and Enterprise). Response times range from a standard 48-hour SLA for routine bug fixes to a guaranteed 4-hour response SLA for critical issues under our Enterprise plan.

Standalone — we take on UI/UX design engagements independently of full product builds, including research, prototyping, and design system work for products being designed or redesigned by another team.

Our QA & Testing can be structured as a project-based engagement for specific releases or a fixed-monthly retainer for ongoing test automation and continuous testing pipelines across regular deployment cycles.

Support and maintenance are typically ongoing engagements rather than fixed-duration projects, since the underlying need — keeping a system secure, performant, and current — doesn't have a natural end date. Our standard ongoing maintenance agreements are structured on an annual basis.
